As a full service real estate company, it's only natural for us to assist in the maintenance and upkeep of vacant properties. We are licensed and insured and cover the entire Central New York area. We provide all clients with: work order request forms, notice of completion, invoices, and statements. As a clean-out company we remove debris, secure the property, landscape the grounds, clean out cabinets, draws, closets and remove all interior and exterior garbage. We can also sweep, vacuum and shampoo the interior, change locks, board up windows, and winterize the plumbing. We provide these services to the REO agent, lender, banker, mortgage, and foreclosure industries. We also assist home owners, investors, and realtors because at Tempo "No trash-out job is too small." Every once in awhile properties require major repairs. Many times owners want major upgrades to increase property values. Either way these projects require the services of various contractors, dealing with too many people, reviewing several bids and finally overseeing the work. It can be a very painful process. We at Tempo would like to relieve the stress by providing many services under one roof. We have electricians, HVAC contractors, carpenters, roofers, pavers and the like. Conveniently the client deals with one person, receives one estimate, and a project manager to oversee all projects. Property Management

We manage some of the Central New York's most desirable rentals. Our progressive staff understands the importance of consistently working on improving the quality of service provided.
